RTW from the first meeting with Ricky through to his sign off was perfect. We had a schedule of works so we knew when things would be undertaken. And then every few days a call from Mary to make sure we were happy. Each trade was with a person responsible for that trade - no Jack of all trades and master of none - which gave us confidence that the job was being carried out correctly. The difference in the experience was night and day, every little finish is done to the highest standard and with some care. To have a person come round at the end to deep clean the bathroom was an excellent addition to the work. It is a shame that we had to have the bad experience to get a good experience but thank you for making that happen and thank you to RTW and all their colleagues for their professional and high standard of work. The bathroom feels warmer and lighter.

Yesterday RTW Plumb Safe finished our very dated bathroom. I cannot tell you how overawed I am at the results. They turned a 1970's disaster into a beautiful modern bathroom. We loved them so much we are having them back to do our kitchen in the new year. Thank you for all your hard work. You are all fantastic at what you do! See you soon!

Can’t thank the team enough. From start to finish everything run smoothly was given a schedule at the start and everything run to time all workmen was friendly with an amazing finish. Everything was cleaned at the end of every day Would highly recommend .even the after care was excellent I now have a lovely relaxing bathroom. Thank you

RTW have been such a pleasure to work with. James and the team work so hard and their standard of work is really impressive. The communication from day 1 was great and we always felt in good hands. Mary in the office was really helpful and we appreciated the regular check ins. The schedule ran like clockwork and every member of the team was polite, professional, absolute perfectionists and our house was always left tidy and clean. Highly recommend and would definitely have them back for any future works

Massive thank you to RTW, for the fantastic job on our new bathroom can’t thank James, Rick and all the Team enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you RTW for a great job on our small downstairs bathroom. They were helpful with the design process, suggesting various options and additions, with no pressure. Great communication throughout, the organisation between all the different services and when they needed to come was brilliant. Both James and Rick regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress so far and any final niggles were dealt with promptly. The project was completed to the agreed budget and we are really happy with the attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use RTW again for a bathroom refurb.
